Pakistan was not provided with the proper educational boards in past and there were not many schools so literacy rate in Pakistan is very low and other reason is that there are not much resources with the people so that they can’t afford high amount of fees. When Pakistan was formed it was not having much property and at that time education was under the university of Punjab that is in the Punjab region then there was Multan board established and that was in the region of lower Punjab when it got over loaded it was divided into further boards that is Sahiwal board and that was formed on 15 June 2012 by Higher Education Department of Punjab (HED).

This board is having many functions most basic out of them are to conduct examination for 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th class examination after that these students can start their professional life this board is not to the small areas but there are many areas those come under the board and there students appear under examination. Punjab education commission that is PEC was formed in the year 2005 and that was formed with the purpose to manage and conduct examination those are for 5th and 8th class.

There are many schools and colleges those are conducting examination by the board and these are affiliated with the board. As examination for 9th class by the board are conducted in the month of March and April and many students appear in those examination and they pass out after examination they wish that result should be announced soon as by the board result will be declared in the month of June and July and that will be on the official website of the board and we will also declare that result on our website.

Before examination students need to get themselves register with the board so that they can appear in examination these forms are posted to the affiliated colleges and also online too after that students will be provided with their roll number slips and date sheets so that they get their centre name as centres are also mixed up.
